This 37 ford is powered by a 383 road runner engine followed up with the 727 torque flight and 8 3/4 rear-end. The first cruise of 1000 trouble free miles produced 19 miles / gallon. We gave the engine the full treatment of a bore job and filled the holes with Keith Black pistons. The valve train consists of Mopar Performance cam, push rods and valve springs and hardened seats and new valves were installed in the 906 heads. The transmission was also freshened up with new seals, clutches deep oil pan and a M P shift kit.The interior is done in a buckskin tan 2 tone which finishes the coupe nicely. The exterior is Viper Red base coat clear-coat. This coupe is a real beauty and fun to drive with plenty on good old Mopar power under the hood. |
